Odyssea’s New Pontoon Boats Are the Perfect Way to Explore Ocean City’s Waterways

Summer 2019 in Ocean City means sunshine, a cool ocean, warm sand, and making memories with family and friends all season long. At Odyssea Watersports, it means cool new jet skis (yes, we’re still very excited about the Seadoo Trixx!), paddleboards and kayaks, and a new snowball stand to keep vacationers entertained and happy through the duration of their summer trip.

It also means new pontoon boats. We introduced pontoon boats to our lineup of activities four years ago, and just last week we replaced the originals with four brand new Sweetwater pontoons. Two are 13-passenger and two are 15-passenger, both 60 horsepower and equipped with bimini tops that cover about half the boat, along with bluetooth speakers so you can sync up your phone and press play on your favorite summertime playlist.

Whether you’re looking to travel to different bayside restaurants via the waterways or just anchor out and swim around — either way, you won’t have to deal with any of Ocean City’s famous summer traffic! It’s just you and your family and friends out in the water soaking up the peace and quiet, or swimming around to the sounds of your favorite songs.

The boats also come with a fishing license, so you’re welcome to bring your fishing and crabbing gear or rent some from us. We rent rods and sell bait and tackle, along with coolers and ice to keep your waters, sodas or alcohol cold all day long. Gas is included, along with safety equipment and operating instructions from one of our highly-trained boating instructors.

Set sail on one of our new pontoon boats this summer, or sit back and have one of our drivers sail around Ocean City for you. Either way, you’re bound to have a blast.
