Introducing Speedy Dock: The New App for Odyssea Watersports VIP Jetski Storage Customers
Important and exciting update for all of our VIP Jetski Storage customers at Odyssea Watersports. Say goodbye to the texting, calling, or messaging on social media that can get lost within the daily business at Odyssea Watersports, and say hello to the new and very user-friendly app, Speedy Dock!
We’re excited to announce the introduction of our new app, Speedy Dock! This new app is designed specifically for our VIP Jetski storage customers, making the process of requesting a launch for your Jetski easier, more efficient, and more organized than ever before for both you the VIP, and for our staff.
With Speedy Dock, you can now easily request a launch for your jetski right from your phone, tablet, or desktop. This means no more waiting on hold, no more missed launch requests, or having to go through our staff to get your jetski in the water. The app is designed to help both our staff and customers with the increasing number of storage customers we now have, making the entire process smoother, faster, and much more organized for everyone involved.
In the past, requests for jetski launches came in through various channels such as phone calls, text messages, or messages through social media platforms. This made it difficult for our staff to keep track of everything and ensure that everyone’s requests were being fulfilled in a timely manner. With Speedy Dock, however, everything is streamlined and organized in one central location. Our staff can easily manage and prioritize requests, ensuring that everyone gets the launch they need when they need it.
Now that all of our VIP customers are at one location at 52nd Street Ocean City, MD, we felt it was time to upgrade our system in order to stay more organized and prepared so that we can continue to serve you with the top of the line customer service.
How to Activate Your Account:
- Check your email, as you should have received a message from us with instructions on how to get started.
- Download the Speedy Dock app in the Google Play Store or Apple Store.
- If required, search for the marina, Odyssea Jet and Prop Shop
- Once you’ve activated your account, you’ll be able to start using the app and request a launch for your jetski with ease.
How to Launch a Jetski Request:
- Complete the above activation steps within your email
- Open the Speedy Dock app
- Tap on the “Launch”
- Choose the jetski you would like Launched
- Choose the Day and Time to be Launched
- Choose an estimated Returnphoto Date and Time
- As an option, you can even choose the fuel you would like. If you don’t want to fill this out, our staff will make sure your jetski has enough full for your ride.
- Tap “Create”
Thats it! Our staff will then be alerted that you have requested your jetski to be launched. You can then opt-in to receive text, email, or push notifications to see the progress of your launch as we get it in the water. Once your jetski is ready, you will be alerted right on your phone.
Can I change the time for launch or retrieval?
Yes, and this can be done easily on your phone.
- Open the app to find your requested launch
- To cancel, tap on “cancel”
- To edit, tap “edit” and easily make the needed changes
- Our staff will then be alerted of any changes or cancellations
Tap on “Edit” or “Cancel” if changes are needed.
Easy and Convenient!
Within the app, you will be able to view Launch history, the details of your jetskis(s), and the current Launch requests.
- If you have multiple jet skis, you can choose which jetski you want to launch or submit multiple launches if you need more than one jet ski.
- Have other family or friends using your jetski? You can give them your login information or set up the launch yourself with the app.
